Generate now has over 100 consultants in Gothenburg and Västra Götaland, with more companies set to join the region. The acquisition ensures Spinit gains access to specialist expertise from eight sister companies, which have achieved an average annual organic growth of 20% over the past five years. Including Spinit, Generate Group now has a turnover of SEK 425 million and 260 consultants across Sweden and Norway.

Spinit focuses on long-term strategic collaborations
Spinit has been a development partner to EQT-owned Envirotainer since 2010. Envirotainer is a global market leader in manufacturing and leasing temperature-controlled containers for secure pharmaceutical air transport. The first joint project involved modernizing Envirotainer’s order and logistics system, enabling a more efficient and profitable supply chain. Spinit also delivers critical web applications, including order/invoice management systems, customer portals, and telemetry systems for data collection from containers. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies like system development, big data, and machine learning, Spinit helps Envirotainer strengthen its digital presence and market expansion.
Spinit aims to be more than a traditional consultancy, emphasizing close, flexible, and long-term strategic partnerships. The acquisition also includes Simpledoc AB, a SaaS company focused on streamlining document management within Office 365.
Generate Group – from 4 to 9 companies rapidly, with more joining across the Nordics
In summer 2023, investment firm Aspira Partners established Generate Group alongside companies Piktiv, Mirado, Systematiq, and Swace. The group now has seven companies in Sweden and two in Norway, with additional firms set to join in 2025, including potential expansion into Denmark and Finland. Generate is co-owned by Aspira, entrepreneurs, and employees—approximately two-thirds of the group’s employees are now shareholders. This shared ownership model aims to attract top talent eager to contribute to building a larger, innovative entity.
