Generate acquires Gothenburg-based company Spinit and strengthens its offering in AI and Data Technology

With a revenue target of SEK 1.5–2 billion by 2028/29 and ambitions for continued profitable growth in the Nordics and Northern Europe, Generate Group is making significant investments in Västra Götaland. This effort is now accelerating with the acquisition of Spinit AB, the group’s third acquisition in the region following the purchases of Piktiv and Cloud Enablers.
